Try some chamomile or peppermint tea if you have it. If you have fresh ginger then you can cut 1-2in chunk and put it in hot water to make a broth. Ginger can soothe your intestinal track and help with the nausea.Are you able to keep water down?

I'd try eating some peppermint patties and resting. You probably just have the stomach flu. If it lasts more than a couple of days, I would consider calling your doctor.
