Besides using these as swim diapers, is there anything else you can do to salvage them ?

I am not sure what you are asking but you are looking for useful ways to use surplus diapers instead of getting rid of them?

I assume she's talking about cloth diapers/covers that are losing/have lost their waterproofing and thus have begun to leak...

If they are just covers you could use them in the garden to retard weed growth... Like the fabric or tarp if used by landscapers.

If they are "all in ones" you can cut out the absorbent cloth and use those as wash rags (floors, cars...) and the use the cover part in the same matter mentioned above.

Pocket ones can be used similarly to the all in ones.

You could try using them for extended watering in the garden too... At the bottom of a pot

Hope that helped!

I used them as swim diapers and during potty training to semi contain the mess but I'd know when they'd had an accident because it would of course leak.
