I have 3 kids I'm unemployed spouse never allowed me to work. I tried to make it work can't do it anymore. I'm in California, how does the divorce process work? I'm so stressed out. I don't know what to do what rights do I have? Can I move out of state with my kids? I'm tired of the verbal and emotional abuse the yelling and him being a control freak.

I don't think you can move out of state. First step is get an attorney.

It differs from state to state. You should get a lawyer first and go from there. Good luck to you

First thing, call a lawyer.  Each situation is different so a lawyer will be able to answer all your questions.

I would call a lawyer. Good luck and I'm sorry you are going through this.

Aww sorry to hear this,
