Men staring at your cleavage

I was at a party this past weekend when this chick said she hates it when men stare at her boobs all the time. Naturally she was wearing a tight little dress with a scoop neck, her cleavage spilling out all over the place.

Isn't she dressed like that so that men WILL look at her boobs and cleavage????

She has a right to dress how she wants. Some men will stare no matter what.
I was in a hot tub once and a guy was staring at my boobs, should I have put a towel on?

No.

I have very large breasts and it's disgusting when men and women stare. Or think they are some sort of carnival attraction. Get some fucking couth.

And a wrap dress is much more flattering to my figure than a turtle neck that doesn't mean I'm asking for it

No. Why does how someone dresses remove someone else's responsibility to behave appropriately? Wearing nice clothes that you like isn't an invitation for other people to stare at you. Don't slut shame.

I enjoy my boobs, they're really nice. It's not fair that others can't enjoy them too. I don't put myself on display for men to look at, however, cleavage is unavoidable most of the time for me, and if a guy looks, I'm not going to freak out about it. I probably stare at cleavage too.
