I don't know... you keep posting about how depressed you are and all this anxiety you have but you're not really doing anything about it.
You said you recently gave birth to your 4th child.
Did you mention anything about your depression and anxiety when you were at the hospital?
Or anytime during your doctor visits when you were pregnant?

I use a grounding/ in the moment technique. Name 5 things you can see, name 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can feel, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
It brings you in the moment and distracts your mind.
