Change your eating habits and become more active.

Eat when you're hungry and stop when you are full. Walk 10,000 steps a day. Get at least 30 of exercise a day.

Calorie in must be less than calorie out. Walking, eating less, making healthy food choices. These are the common ways.

Check any medications you may be on that could impede your progress and check with your physician

I cut out all junk food, no soda or chips or sugar. I lost 40 pounds in 2 months. (: but that's also losing baby weight which was an easy 15 pounds..

Calories out have to be greater than calories in. That’s the only way to do it. Eat healthy, track your calories, drink lots of water, cut out sugar, and get at LEAST 30-60 minutes of exercise a day. Lift weights and build muscle, don’t just do cardio. Muscle burns fat. Don’t skip meals. Get plenty of sleep.
