Foot itch

Ever have a deep foot itch that nothing seems to relieve?

I have used every lotion I own, every cream and foot rub in the house and nothing is giving me relief.

I'm a diabetic so it's not athlete's foot or anything like that. It's in the heel and arch. I'm worried about harming myself scratching but this darn itch needs to be satisfied.

Anything ever work for you?

You try tea tree oil?

If I was you and it has been bothering you a long time I'd check with your doctor. Good luck.

The only time I've had an itch that severe it was an allergy to a medication. Have you started anything new? Different lotion or soap? Detergent?

Since you are diabetic- give your doctor a call.

Soaking in warm salt water, maybe. Ask your pharmacist. My dermitologist would probably say put cold compresses on it, but I have found that only works while the cold compress is on it. :)

I'm no expert on this so not sure my advice will help or be accurate.
I would call my doctor first off.  In the meantime try using acv on a cotton ball or emu oil.

I get bad deep itch on my heels. The only way to rid myself of it is a soak then scrubbing them with a pumice stone.
