Hello everyone! I'm the mother of a nine month old boy who is currently in daycare 4 day/week. I'm looking for an extremely reliable, responsible, outgoing, fun person to stay at home with my son so we can discontinue daycare. The problem is, I don't know where to find this person. I've been trying by "word of mouth" by haven't found anything yet. I'm primarily need someone by the end of the summer. Any good suggestions????? Thanks so for your help!!!!!!

we live in a rural area and I have found two great nannies by posting flyers in the early childhood educatoin deptartment at our local community college, then i make sure they have good refs and a back ground check...good luck!
