• I'm really new to CafeMom and I applied to the Washington moms over a week ago, but haven't heard anything....does it take awhile?  I'm just curious about getting info about schools in the area and such.  My oldest son is 3 1/2 and he'll be starting preschool soon, so I was curious to see what other moms in the area thought about certain places!  Thanks for any info!!

  Hi dolphinhj,

  Sometimes it can take a group owner a little while to get back to you about your application.  You may want to try to send the group owner a message, or try some other Washington Groups that don't require an application such as this Washington Moms group.

• Hi I am Patricia I live in Washington DC. I have one son living with me  Dakota 10yrs and 3 teens that live with my mom. I would like to meet mom that live around DC or in DC. Dakota Has ADHD and It would be nice to meet moms with kids with ADHD or with out what-ever.  This is a photo of the summer time Dakota is up front in the photo He is whereing blue and yellow. summmer of 07
