Babies First Christmas

• My mom keeps telling me the same thing...that Emma is too little to be buying too much for Christmas this year (she'll be 6 months)...but I can't help myself!! It's her first Christmas and I want to to be special. 

  I've been buying her all kinds of different things.  I'm trying to get her a few things she'll be able to use now, and some toys she can grow into over the next year.  I got her a tugboat and animals that float for when she starts getting to where she wants to play in the bathtub, a   stuffed puppy dog that says it's ABC's, counts to 10, and when you squeeze it's hand he says "hand"..foot says "foot" (you get the idea),  a piggy bank to put in her room for me to put spare change in for her, clothes, and her first baby doll.  For her stocking I've got things like socks, rattles, plastic keys, a bib, a "my first Christmas" teddy bear, and her first candy cane for her to lick (with me holding/supervising).

• my baby will be 2 months christmas and I bought him toys mainly toys that he can play with in a couple of months sice i will be buying them anyway i got him one of those jonny jumpers that sit on the ground and a pooh table learning center and a toy thats a walking toy then turns into a wagon and a tickle me cookie monster and ernie they were 5 bucks each black friday so i got them both lol and i will be putting teethers into his stocking.  Now mainly I had to buy him stuff since his brother and sister will wonder why he didnt get anything and I would have done anyways really my SO said I didnt have to buy that much but really it isnt, just big stuff
