How Do I Be Happy?

This may sound silly but I don't know how to be happy anymore. I have dug myself this really deep, dark depressing hole.............hating the world, always in bad moods, always letting my feelings get hurt, always holding grudges and always expecting the worst.  This is actually embarrassing that I have let myself get this bad.  Its to the point that my hubby and I can not have a decent conversation because I am the way I am. How can be happy? Whats wrong with me?!

Been there. I actually snapped in Jul/Aug of this year. It was to the point I wanted to die. So I went to see a DR and am now on anti-depressants. I feel better. I still have my issues and get bitchy but it's nothing like it was. Good Luck Momma!

I couldnt figure out what was wrong with me until I decided to try out reading my bible and found hope..then from hope came encouragement and then happiness. God gives us what we need but we have to be able to ask for it.
