Trying to find out Kate's relaxing cd

I was watching Jon & Kate plus 8 the st jude episode and she was handing out a cd she listened to when she was stuck in the hospital for 2 months when she was prego with the babies. Does anyone know what cd that was? It's suppost to be relaxing
