So when is the best time to work out?  Mornings? nights? Before a meal? after?

i think it's diff for everyone. I find I am way more motivated in the morning to work out...unfortunatly, I hardley ever do since I have my DS with me. I try to get a workout in while he naps...but I usually want to nap while he's napping!! As a last resort, I do get a workout in right after I put him down for the night. I dont let myself sit down, i just get right to workin out!!

I jog in the morning. Then it's done. No excuses of why I can't later.

I just started working out today but I did (and will continue work out in the morning.  My reason is I have no rhythm and don't want my DH to laugh at me so i do it after he goes to work.

Actually working out before bed is bad.. Your energy levels are too high and makes it hard to fall asleep. Morning is best or during the day..

Don't complain about life if you're not willing to get off your ass and do something to change it.

In the morning around 9 or 10, it gives me more energy for the day. Ive noticed that on days I workout I'm not tired enough to nap with my son during the day and on days I don't I'm tired all day.. I also sleep better at night on the days I work out.
