Ok so I'm only 28 and I think I'm having hot flashes!?!?! I get this kinda dizzy feeling my face and neck get really hot!! I has woken me up a few times this week. I had said something to my Dr a while back ago and she said it sounded like low blood sugar so we tested it and it came back normal. Anybody else have this feeling??? Got any Ideas what it could be???

I get those too, like I'm hypoglycemic. My glucose is always fine but I have PCOS and my direct insulin level is abnormally high.

I get them sometimes, usually when PMSing, but sometimes just out of the blue. I am 25. It might be a low blood sugar thing though, when it happens, try eating something.

I recommend S. GLA complex...Im 27 and use it around menstrual cycles...Helps me alot! I also like to use S. Soy protein drinks throughout the month. A wise women once told me that good pure protein can help with this. Now dont go out and eat a big chunk of steak or something like that...lol...antibiotics in meat will give you Hotflashes....so try and eat organic when possible to avoid the flashes. Good luck momma!

Depends on what blood test they did. They would need to do a Free T4, T3 and TSH. Usually a routine blood test would be a CBC (complete blood count) and a Chem 14 (glucose, potassium, sodium etc). Also a thyroid antibody test would be another test to get done.

I'm 23 and I get them sometimes too.

What if you slept?
And what if in your sleep, you dreamed?
And what if in your dream, you went to heaven
and there plucked a strange and beautiful flower?
And what if, when you woke, you had the flower in your hand?
Ah! What then?
