Unexplained Diarrea

My Two year old has had diarrea all day. No other signs once so ever but its really bad. Any ideas of what it could be? She should have all of her teeth by now. Im hoping this isnt an on set of sickness but I don't know!! Any help would be appreciated!!!

Diahrrea isn't really unexplained.  She must have eaten something that her tummy didn't agree with.  SHe could be getting sick, but go back and examine what she ate to see if its something she wasn't used to.

Our great niece has had this for7 days now... She had been to the Pedi 2x and the ER 2x... they kept her yesterday for 8 hours with an IV to hydrate her... no fevers. All tests are negative, including roto... they did say they have seen a few cases lately and it might be a new type of bug but...
