WATERY stool... he's 2...

My son is 2 and a half, and it's been a long time since it has been this bad.  He went sometime in the night, so he had a diaper rash when I woke him up at 7.  He is not potty trained.  I want him to but he goes to his Dad's house for 11 consecutive days a month, and I think that it makes it confusing (2 houses, 2 sitters, different rules/expectations at each house).  Well... .so far today.. he's had 5 runny diapers... the last 2 were pure water...and it's only 11:45!  He is drinking pedialite.. is that all that I can do?

He also has milk/soy allergies.. and has developed some sort of bumps under his eyes.  This started 2 days ago and I thought that it was due to his new soap (the cucumber melon`baby wash.. johnson and johnson).

Any ideas?

Try the BRAT Diet (bananas, ricae, applesauce, toast) to bind him up. He may have a stomach bug.

Thanks for the advice...

Doesn't applesauce make a runny stool?  Just like apple juice?

You would think it would but it doesn't. For whatever reason apple juice causes the runs but applesauce binds you up...Its weird

Actually, you can get some Children's Immodium and give it to him.  Usually only takes one dose for my boys when that happens.
