Baby's and their own room.

I have a friend that shares a room with her daughter and hubby.  They are in a roommate situation but I was wondering if there is a law on a certain age that the baby should have her own room.  Please let me know.  Thank you!

No there is no law that I am aware of. Some kids NEVER have their own room.

It's my business because she is my best friend and she asked me because she she is trying to get rid of her roommate and I don't want her child taken away from her like my first son was by CPS because of her stupid roommate that won't leave.  And if this was an acutal law  then there would be reason to get rid of said roommate.  Also I'm looking out for my friend.  So anything I hear about situations that relate to my friends I let them know, so they don't get hurt or get into trouble.

Like age requirment that a child can't sleep in their parents room anymore.

i don't know of any laws about it personally

how old is their child?

she should just tell her roomate that he/she needs to look for a new place because her child needs a room for herself - shouldn't matter if it's law or not - ya know?

IMO, it's their house, they want this roommate out they tell him/her to leave!! They don't need a reason.

Umm. No. As long as the child is properly cared for and no sort of abuse is going on...it is no ones business but their own where their kid sleeps.

LOL I hope not. My little brother slept in my parent's room until he was 10......
