Puking...

Well morning sickness has finally set in and I started actally throwing up with my nausia today. This may sound stupid, but what are some good ways to easy the nausia? I didnt get morning sickness with my son, so this is a brand new experience... Yay :( Thanks!

I've heard saltine crackers or dry toast. That never worked for me. I actually needed anti nausea medication (zofran). :(

I always kept peppermints, and Sierra Mist with me at all times. I hope that helps. BUMP

Saltine crackers worked for me--I carried them with me everywhere!  Also, there's wristbands called "Sea Bands" that work using acupressure to prevent nausea and motion sickness--they're supposed to work great--give 'em a try!  Ask for them at your pharmacy--I think they're like $8 or so...good luck!

Good Luck..nothing helped me but Reglan.  I had some easing of it with ginger crackers and root beer, but only mildly so.  Mine was severe though, thus the prescription.

saltines, pretzles.  Keep a few with you (and beside your bed) and eat one when you start feeling sick.  It really helps.  then just sit with your head down and breath.  I found this works great.  GL

With my DD, the crackers and soda worked....with this one, i puke before i eat, so its mostly spit (sorry) but peppermint is what this one likes
