Hey ladies! I was just wondering what you all do to lessen your cramps due to AF.  I'm in so much pain right now...iburprofen doesn't seem to do too much for me. The majority of my cramps are in my back too...what do you ladies do?

Drinking beer helps me.I know it sounds kind of weird, but it's true!

Therma care heat wraps are one of my favorite weapons for the back aches!

Eating potassium rich foods like bananas will help.  You might look dorky, but you can sit on your knees and then lay foward with you tummy on your knees with your arms lying on the ground over your head (picture a Muslim prayer kind of position).  This is supposed to help.  And, there's always vodka!!

Maybe this is silly of me, but what does AF stand for?

masturbate.

=o)

I'm totally serious here.  If you're grossed out, do it in the shower.  That's why God invented shower massagers.

My mom use to give me a small amount of liquor when I was younger, but it never helped unfortunately...I'm also home by myself with the baby so that's a no no right now!
