HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(cooking question)

Ok so i wanna make steak tips and rice but i CANNOT find a recipe that sounds good even if it dose idk if it will be any good soooo............. ANY SUGGESTIONS ladies????? i would be forever greatful!!!!!

No idea, we live off ground turkey and chicken breast. Here's a bump.

This is how i do it

dredge your beef tips in seasoned flour and brown them in a skillet just brown them don't cook them

pre-heat your oven to 350-400 and put the tips in a roaster pan or whatever you have with a lid and cover them in beef broth. season as you like I use garlic, onions, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. cook slowly for a couple hours until tender.

I take cornstarch and mix it with a little water so it doesn' t clump and thicken the gravy around the tips. You can also use flour and water too. cook your rice or noodles as directed and pour on top and you Beef Tips and rice
