Do you kiss your baby on the mouth?

We have always kissed DD  on the mouth when she goes bye bye and things, so I wondered how many moms do this?

Also, she tries to kiss other family members on the mouth, which I really would rather her not, how can I change this... should I stop doing it, or just tell her she only kisses mommy and daddy on the mouth... she 20 months, BTW!

yea i kiss him on the mouth. i dont care if he kisses my sisters or parents or his dad either. but he has recently started kissing the guy im talking to. lol. and my son is mean and doesnt like strangers.

well, yes, but now he opens his mouth when i go to kiss him, so I end up on the cheek.  but till he thought that was a kiss, i did allll the time.

Personally, I honestly think that kissing on the mouth is reserved for more intimate relationships. When I see people kiss their kids on the mouth, it drives me nuts. I just think it's gross. I'm not bashing you, it's JMHO. My dad's parents kissed on the mouth, but I never allowed them to do so with me. Also, my daughter's bm and Grammy kiss her on the mouth and I HATE IT! I really wish they wouldn't do that with her.
