6 Tablespoons butter

6 oz of semi sweet chocolate

1/4 cup cocoa powder

Put in a double boiler and melt. Stir until smooth. Let cool.

3/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoons salt

Whisk together

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Beat in an electric mixer until pale. About 4 minutes

Mix all together and pour into a 8x8 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

You might hate me after you make them because you will want to eat the whole pan. LOL May family likes them with some Andes mint chip sprinkled on the top.

I friend of mine bakes her brownies half way, then adds some tollhouse cookies scoop and bake on top and then finishes baking it. It is so good!!! Cookie topped brownies!
