Chula is a term for cute or beautiful can be used to describe looks of an object or person, more of a slang term not commonly used in proper spanish. Chapina could be a nickname, the word has no direct translation or meaning. Quiet possibly regional slang. Unless its a word not in spanish then I dont know. I have seen the name Chepina used very often.

I tried using an online translator for Spanish to English translations.  It didn't translate "chapina" but it translated "chula" as "flashy woman".  Hope that's helpful lol.

Chula means pretty, cutie or beautiful. Chapina, I have no idea. I'm mexican and sometimes spanish words throw me off a bit.

"Chapina" is a place in El Salavador. "Chula" means cutie.  Not sure what they mean together, though.  Sorry!
