Does everyone in the world change their clocks today, or just Canada and the US?

They don't change them in a few states at all, Arizona and Hawaii don't plus the territories of Puerto Rico, Guam and American Samoa don't use it.  The majority of Saskatchawan doesn't and neither do parts of British Columbia in Canada.  Parts of Australia doen't change and China and Japan stay on standard time.

Makes me wonder why we even bother to change them anymore.  It's still dark when i get up.

Although not used by most of the world's people, daylight saving time is common in high latitudes.      DST used      DST no longer used      DST never used

The USA didn't start changing our clocks this early in the year until about 2 years ago. We used to change them at the end of March or beginning of April, remember. We also used to change them back right before Halloween and now they change the first week of November.

I think that most places do. When my DH was in Iraq though they didn't do it over there. I guess some places don't do it.
