What's your favorite thing to hear your kids say?

I was just thinking - when I picked my kids up earlier,

Parker kept smiling up at me saying "my mommy", "my mommy!" over and over again.. must've said it about 15 times...

and well... Elliot doesn't talk yet, but..he was crawling right towards me, grunting until I picked him up.

I think, right now, my favorite things to hear are "my mommy" and Elliot's grunt when he wants to be close to me.

They're 2 and 11 months, by the way.

So those are my favorite things to hear - what's your favorite thing?

I like that they call me Mama and not Mommy.  Nothing wrong with Mommy, that's what I called my mother.  But Mama, to me, just sounds so sweet.

Well, since my divorce, my kids have visitation with their Dad. It breaks my friggin heart. But, when I pick them up hearing my 4 year old say, "I missed you mommy." Makes me feel so good and yet I just want to cry at the same time. I hate this situation!
