My mom always said, Quit smoking, you'll regret it when your older. Here I am at 25 yrs old wishing I had listened to her. DAMMIT!!! You just never realize that they are always right until you're older. Funny how that works??!!!

No need to feel bad, but I am a FIRM believer in this. You know how kids like to play in wheelchairs and stuff? Well anywhere we went and I saw a wheelchair, I'd want to play in it of course. Well my aunt always told me no b/c if I did, its possible that God would make me have to be in one later in life. Other people have told me this too. Just remember, special needs kids are only given to special people.

  • That I was beautiful. Really I spent so much of my teen years and then my adult years thinking I was ugly, I look back at pictures now and think how could I have ever thought that!    I wish I wouldn't have wasted all those years thinking so poorly of myself.

  • nothing, really.  i listened to all my mom's advice, because it was always in my best interest.  i know it seems hard to believe, but even in my worst teenager years, i was aware of that.
