Your lil dumb bully kids and some dumb parents--Watch Oprah

If your child is being bullied to the point where it is affecting him/her very negatively you need to quit your job or if you stay at home get off your ass and get in your child's life or transfer them or something.. I don't care if you need to be on Section 8 or welfare or whatever.
If your child is a bully can you please step in and raise your child???
This post is about the Oprah show coming on today about the aftermath of bullying. It is kind of sad.
***EDIT Please just stay involved with your child whether you're working or not. That is what I meant and I apologize for the confusion. Some parents have no idea what goes on with their child and that's ridiculous.
****EDIT I hear a lot of mothers say I am a working, educated mother and wife. That's cool but you are a mother first. EVERYTHING IS SECOND TO YOUR CHILD.
****EDIT For some of the mothers who children killed themselves are really sad. But thank goodness they have their great jobs to go back to. That should make everything better. Yes you can quit a job to save your child.
*****EDIT I mean to pull your child out of school if the bullying is affecting him/her to the point where it may harm him/her.
****EDIT If some bully is killing my child's soul everyday which leads me to believe it would be affecting her education anyway I would rather pull her out and send her to another school or home school her. Her life is worth everything.
*****EDIT You don't have to quit your job but I'm saying I would do whatever to keep my child out of a situation where he/she is being hurt even if I had to quit my job. There we go. That should make the convo a little smoother.
I think I was just feeling sad about children killing themselves and got mad with the parents. So sorry for offending anyone. I didn't mean it like that and I'm woman enough to say I was wrong. Let's start it over.

What does being a SAHM or WOHM have to do with your kids being bullied at school? I am a SAHM and my oldest son is dealing with being teased at school,and i have done everything possible to stop it.
Wow....just because parents work does not mean they aren't involved with their kids. DH and I work full time, but we are involved. My 10 year old has severe anxieties and I am in contact with the school all of the time to work out coping skills for her. I do not feel that quitting my job or getting on welfare would make me a better parent. *BTW I was a stay at home mom for 9 years.
