my friend has a 2 yr old, and does it all the time, I think she needs to grow up personally..I don't think its appropriate, around your kids or not...

:::EDIT:::

I'm not bashing people who smoke pot, I'm just curious on how many actually do smoke it. The only people I said anything negative about, were the ones who do it when their kids are present...just to clarify

  • I'll admit it.  I do it it every once in while (twice/month) after ds is in bed and I am completely stressed out from everything.  Btw, you dont know me or what has happened to me.  As far as I'm concerned I'm keeping myself out of the mental ward right now.  I've already been there twice in the past 1 1/2 yrs and they put me on meds that keep me like a zombie all day long.  It got to the point that I couldnt take care of my son on the prescription drugs and every doc I went to was trying to give me the same thing.  Verbal therapy doesnt work I've tried it for years.  So go ahead and chastize away.  I'm not afraid to say it.

    I'm a vaccinating, circumsizing, disposable diaper using, breastfeeding switched to formula, cry it out sometimes, pushed 1hr before a c-section (and don't regret it), college attending, loving my soldier, loving my son, can't wait to have another baby, trust your own judgement, kind of mom.

  • No, I really have never had any desire to smoke anything.  Not judging, it's just not my thing.  Also, we really couldn't afford it if I did want to.  It's also because of my kids.  If I don't want them doing it, I'm not.

  • i would never in a million years do it around my kid!  i will do it sometimes when i'm all on my own though but never if my kid is depending on me or if i'm home alone.  someone has to be good to drive safely if something were to happen... lol!

    I believe in medicinal marijuana.  It helped my mental illness as well.  More power to ya.  I hope we can get it legalized and taxed and make a new profitable market for our economy.

  • it helps my anxiety as well as moods, Im not constantly getting 'fried' during the day, but just enough to simmer me down, even my therapist says medical mj should be researched more for its positive effects on mental illness, there arent any actual STUDIES out there right now

    It's just like anything you have to be responsible when you do it.  There was a time called prohibition when alcohol was illegal... btw, I am a firm believer that if mj is legalized our country will be pulled out of recession very quickly.  Do you know how many potheads out there will pay the tax on the stuff?  look at cigarettes, its expensive but people still pay!
