yesterday i dropped my kids off with my sil, she took them to church then kept them over night and brought them home to me about 5pm. well when kevin got home he had like dry blood in his nose and she said he had alot of boogers since yesterday and that they have had alot of blood mixed in. so i cleaned his nose and he went down for a nap. when he woke up again his boogers were mixed with alot of blood. i cleaned him up again and about 4hrs later no blood, should i be concerned and take him to the doctor about it? i was thinking of waiting til morning and seeing if there is blood and if so then take him in. what do you think.

I would wait until morning. If it's not bleeding alot or anything there probrably isn't an issue. I would just call the doctor in the morning and see what they say to do.

It's the weather.  I was like this when i was younger.  If it's dry then the inside of the nose has bleeding.  I had bloody noses all the time.  It's not to worry about unless it's like bleeding and can't stop it.  I would just try and keep a humidifier going to keep moister in the air.

Call the doctor just to be sure - but my nose often bleeds in the warmer weather. There is nothing really to be done about it... but it cannot hurt to inform your Pedi.
