HOW DO YOU GO TO SLEEP?

Ugg.I am so tired and I have been having problems going to sleep and staying asleep.I would take a bedtime pill but I have to wake up early in the mornings cause I am watching two kids during the day for my aunt while she works.Does any one else go through this and what kind of things do you do to help go to sleep? I mean this as fun type of post.

 I stay on here till I can't stand reading people bashing each other anymore.. When I lay down I humm my favorite tune to myself lol till I pass out.

I crochet or knit. It's a repetitive soothing craft and you end up with something nice at the end :)

Turkey--has tryptophan helps you to sleep

Benadryl--will knock you out

Ocean Waves/Soothing music--will relax you

Exercise--will tire you but sometimes energize you, so pilates or yoga

Reading--will relax you depending what book you read.

When I can't sleep I always take a candlelit bubble bath..It is so relaxing.
