So this is my third preg and every time my worst symptom is the feeling that my ears need to pop or something. Anyone else get this and what did you do?? I feel like I have tried everything and they are like this all day. Its awful!

I have never heard of this side effect of pregnancy.  Something in your ear, nose or throat. is causing the pressure to change.  I am not pregnant but the only time i get that feeling is when i go into the mountains to visit family (bf's) or i fly on a plane.   Does your dr know about this?

You might simply be congested (it is allergy season almost everywhere).  Talk to your dr, but regular Sudafed is permissible during pregnancy (normal dose, of course).  I don't know about the safety of the other drug they brought out to replace true Sudafed in the store aisle - true Sudafed has to be gotten at the pharmacy counter.

Hope you feel better!
