Just find some other way to occupy yourself for a little while, preferably something that keeps your hands busy- I started crocheting a blanket...lol....

It's REALLY hard... but you'll feel SO much better when you succeed and go forever without a smoke!

i quit a MILLION (ok not really a million lol but a lot) times before it finally stuck.  and this is what made it stick i think.  when you have that craving....dont fight it.  let yourself feel it.  tell yourself "ok this is what it feels like to want but can't have" and seriously, at least for me...just acknowledging it (like hey this DOES suck but i can live through this) would make the craving start to go away.  and then the next one that came along i'd do the same thing, and they seemed to start going away more quickly.  now i've been smoke free for 8 months and honestly have only thought about a cig (after the first week or so) a handful of times.  even the smell of someone else smoking makes me want to puke now.  just hang in there about a week longer and i promise you it will get better!
