Update below video: Man Arrested for Wearing Women's Bathing Suit!!!
That's Right! Thank Goodness they are more than just Fashion Police!!! Who knows what this guy was up to?
Man in women's swimsuit pleads not guilty
Published: June 10, 2009 at 4:21 PMKevin Miller, 41, of Sugarcreek Township, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to five misdemeanor counts of public indecency and three misdemeanor counts of menacing, the Dayton (Ohio) Daily News reported Wednesday.
Xenia Prosecutor Ron Lewis said the menacing charges stem from allegations he chased two women in a canoe and a pair of juveniles leaving an ice cream shop on separate occasions and the public indecency charge resulted from Miller partially exposing himself to people as a result of wearing the swimsuit designed for different anatomy.
"He said he just wanted to harass people to get a response because, to him, it was the thing to do," Sugarcreek Police Sgt. Mark White said. " But we don't believe he was being honest about his motives."
Miller was taken to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.

that swimsuit is hideous...he had to wear a bra to keep his stuffed boobs in place LMAO.
if this is the same story that happened by where I live last week he was arrested for flashing people while wearing the bathing suit in one of the public parks...it took them like 3 days to find him
I THINK he was waiting and jumping out at women to show them his suit and harassing them on several different occassions... It said something about "indecent exposure" but they didn't clarify what they meant by that.
Yeah, sure the bathing suit isn't pretty... but come on... then they'd have to press charges on the manufacturer of the suit as an accomplice... Right? ![]()

if he wasent doing anything its completely wrong that the arrested him, theres no law that says men cant dresslike women
That's kinda what I was thinking too! I didn't hear them say anything about what he did wrong. Just that he went to the river to show off his suit. So what? He wasn't flashing anybody, at least not that they mentioned. Yeah, it's creepy, but creepy isn't illegal.

That would certainly make more sense. If he was JUST wearing a women's suit, who cares? But flashing - um, no. Yuck! PERVERT! Glad they caught him!

Yes, it would be nice if they would report more facts right upfront .... instead of leaving much to speculation... but then that is the media. Flashing is sooo not acceptible, there are kids to protect. (If he wants to wear a suit to the beach... and keep his parts covered... yeah, that is his choice... Just keep the beach balls under the umbrella!!!)

He was harrassing people by the river. It was obviously enough for all those people to call the police.
