you think this is normal?

i just had my period about a week and a half ago and for some reason i started spotting last night and i have had the mirena for 2 years now it's really weird to me just wondering if it is normal for something like that to happen?

Not sure Mama. Call your doc. tomorrow if your concerned. Thats been happening to me here lately, but I have the Paraguard. So it shouldnt be messin with my periods! Grr..lol

IUD are funny like that its probaly ok..  i had the Mirena and had it removed  cause it was just way to much going on  with it. i had the paragard inserted again.

yeah sometimes i spot after my period too dr said its normal ive had mine for two yrs also

I have had the mirena for about a year and a half I don't have periods anymore but  I do get spotting fairly often. If it worries you take a test. My Dr. recomended that I test once a month since I don't have periods anymore with my mirena.
