My 10 wk old and I just got done with the treatment for thrush...
We switched to sposies to clear up the butt rash, and yesterday went back to CDs. Problem is, after only a day, the rash is back. I think maybe the thrush is still stuck in her dipes?
I have washed everything in hot hot water with lots of rinses...
Are there any other solutions before I give up and have to buy new dipes??

I didn't think thrush had anything to do with diapers. Could your detergent be giving her the rash? Or wipes? My dd got horrible rash from wipes so we just used paper towels and water.

Are you breastfeeding? My daughter had thrush and I believe it's prety common in newborns and preemies. If you're breastfeeding, you're essentially passing it back and forth between the two of you. I've never heard of thrush in diapers either, but it is a yeast infection. My daughter's antibiotic cleared it right up, but it would come back occasionally. Now, that she's four months no thrush.
You may just have to wait it out. Good luck though.
Yep I use vinegar and I line dry. :(

Do you use vinegar when you wash the diapers? if not you should. that will help kill it.
1/2 c of vinager in the rinse
then dry the diapers in the sun.
When my son had thrush, one of the things they told me was that once it was cleared up in his mouth, don't be surprised to see him get a diaper rash after. They told me that it was a "it's got to come out some way" kind of thing. Thrush is a yeast infection of the mouth and could give him a yeast infection (rash) in his diaper as he passed it.

I think that might be it as well it happened to me too then i switched detergent and wipes and it stopped
