Lmfao interesting post.. I have IBS so I never have to worry about becoming constipated as everytime I eat I have to run to the bathroom. My life sucks..
However before my problems started I used to get that way all the time. And sometimes I would push so hard that I could feel the blood rushing to my head from hanging my head down and like I was going to explode. Not to mention my face would look blushed and then after all that pushing all you get is rat balls? Lmfao not fun..
No, but when I am really constipated and anal sex isn't helping, I sit on the toilet and my husband grabs my arms and sticks his foot into my stomach and pushes really hard. That always loosens me up.
Oh, and NO I never groan. I mean really I am a lady, and that just isn't proper.
LOL.....seriously warn people when you post these questions...do you know how many times I've spit water, coffee etc. at my monitor...
and the answer to your question...really I've never been constipated...lucky me I know....the only time doing my business has been an issue was right after having my babies *the episiotomy(sp) stitches hurt....and when I had a stent in my urethra after having kidney stones removed.
