• ROFLMAO!!! OMG you had me laughing so hard i woke up the baby, almost had to get my inhaler, my stomach was on fire, my eyes were watering, AND my hubby started laughing too and had to know what was so funny lol I LOVE IT! he asked me " hunni can you imagine me in the bathroom with you 'here hunni hold my hands and i will push the poo out for you' as i stick my foot in your stomach?" hehehehe!!

• oh yea and when i am constipated i will for sure be grunting and pushing (sometimes i will bear down) and i will definitely massage my tummy, and i have pursed my lips together and pushed so hard i had tears in my eyes and had my face turn red!

• I had my husband attach handles to the toilet so I could grip those because I kept breaking the sink.
