How old was your baby when they slept in their own room? **update w/picture of scorpions that I have**
My baby is still sleeping in my room. I had started getting her use to hers when we ended up having a scorpion problem. But once I know that's dealt with I want to start getting her comfy in her own room. Both the of the kids rooms are upstairs and mine down stairs.
How old was your baby when you let them sleep the whole night in their room? I'm also super nervous about SIDS, the main reason (other than scorpions) that she sleeps in my room.
EDIT:
For those of you that wonder what I'm talking about as far as the scorpions: Heres one:

Our oldest slept in our room for maybe the first two or three weeks, our yongest for less than a week. It just worked for us.

I moved my boys from the bassinet in our room to the crib at 4 months. I will so the same with my little girl. I understand your fears about SIDS, something you should read up on is called "mattress wrapping"..you can google it and get a ton of info. We did it/are doing it. We got the stuff to do it at Home Depot for $12.

Well, Kendal would be in her own room now (she's 9 1/2 months old) but we are stationed here for only 6 months so we just got a one bedroom apartment, but as soon as we move in October we will have a bigger place and she will definitely have her own room. She will be about 13 months.
