Charges of no proof of vaccination???? huh?

• I am thinking that it is probably about an animal. The woman is probably owner of a dog that potentially bit, and was arrested because the lady failed to have the dog properly vaccinated or proof of.

• I would say it's probably pet related... since it's against the law to not have proof of current shots.  A child wouldn't even be allowed in public school without proof of shots or exemption forms... however, question for anyone who may know, what about homeschooled children?

• nothing needed. vaccines are "manditory" only for public schools/gov't funded daycares, and private schools etc. exemptions aren't necessary if you aren't going into any of those places.

• Actually, a court in Maryland threatened parents with jail time for not vaccinating their children. It wouldn't surprise me at all actually.

• it wasn't for not vaccinating, it was for failing to have the paperwork filled out. you can't get arrested for not vaccinating, but with no exemption forms you can
