  • Why would someone want to accuse a child of something like this? How old is your son?

  • You and your son should go talk to a child forensic psychologist. They are usually really good at getting information from children about these things. I would talk to them alone about everything that has happened at his father's house before they talk to your son. Then let them talk to him and see what they can find out.

  • Is this your ex's wife & Child?  WOW!  Did they call the authorities? I don't know much but they would have to prove this.  Need more info I think, Good Luck!

  • You need to call a lawyer and talk to no one until you talk to a lawyer.  Do not let your son talk to anyone without a lawyer.  Cops, CPS they twist things so they can solve or make a case, it happens everyday.  Please be careful!
