has anyone used it and has it worked to inducce? how and how much did u use? how long did it take?
any other suggestions? i've tried sex, walks, spicey food, fenugreek, and more sex and walks?
EPO does not induce labor, not at all. What it does is can help soften your cervix, but that alone wont cause you to go into labor. Nothing will induce your labor naturally, if your body isn't ready none of the natural methods to help things along will work.
You can take EPO orally, or use it vaginally by rubbing the oil/breaking open a softgel, but it wont work.
Sex and walking are still your best bet, but it wont work immediately because your body may not be ready.
I walked every day for 2 1/2 weeks and still gave birth at 40w6d. :) That's when she was ready to come out.
