What are you cooking for the 4th of July???

• As of the news at noon yesterday, it was SUPPOSED to pour the rain today.  So, DH and I decided to cook out last night.  Which was better for us anyway, he has to be at work at 7 pm tonight.  We grilled chicken breasts for us, hot dogs for the girls, and corn on the cob.  I fried some green tomatoes and made baked beans.  It was so good!
  

  Dinner tonight?  Taco Bell!  I want one of those Fruitista things!

• We soaked ribs all nite last nite in beer,seasons and 2 different kinds of Jack Daniel bbq sauce. We are goin to put them on a grill on low and let them cook all day.  Then we are also goin to have tater chips,Amish tater & mac salad and brown sugar grillin beans.  We might have smores over the fire for desert.

• My family has is having a huge cookout. Everyone is bringing a dish. The main course is Hamburgers and hotdogs. I know we are having grilled corn and I am bringing a pasta salad and a Strawberry Poke cake. We are also doing homemade Strawberry and Vanilla icecream. Can't wait! We have purchased around 600.00 in fireworks. We are going to light the place up!

• WOW it sound like everyone is going to have so much fun today. All the foos sound yummy. We are staying at home and chillin out, we did not feel like dealing with traffic and the fireworks here in Akron Ohio SUCK!!!!  Plus we have no children the holiday so we didn't even have buy fireworks. I just wanted a peaceful holiday this year.

• Marinated pork and chicken in a hawiian mcormick marinade. Brats, New potatoes boiled , garden salad, sweet corn on the cobb, that's the majority of it.

• hamburgers hot dogs baked potatoes, pasta salad, and dirt cake...its just me s/o ss dd and mil so nothing big today, then hopefully going to the fireworks tonight

• Nothing really fancy. My mom, dad, sis and her family and my family are all going to my mother in laws to hang out by the pool. My mil is getting some fried chicken, I am making an Itanlian pasta salad and bringing some corn on the cob, and my mom and sister are making baked beans and the dessert. My mil doesn't have a big grill, just one of those tiny round ones, so we thought chicken would be best.
