I need to make cookies for today but don't want flat ones can someone give me a good recipe or tips for chocolate chip cookies? PLEASE!!!!!!!! I want thicjk ones. Thank you
If you follow the nestle package and substitute 1 egg for I believe a tablespoon of milk it makes them a little thicker.....If you go to foodnetwork.com and check out Alton Brown's cookie reciepes....he did a whole episode of "Good Eats" that was about cookies and how to make differant styles of chocolate chip cookies!
I got this recipe from another mom when my youngest was in kindergarten...9 years ago...they are fluffier than Nestle Toll House...
2 eggs
1 c butter
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 box (3 oz) vanilla instant pudding
2 1/4 c flour
12 oz chocolate chips
Cream together eggs, butter, sugars, and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and pudding. Stir into creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
