I'm supposed to go with my boyfriend to his uncle's house later this afternoon but the trip is about an hour away and I get horrible awful motion sickness even just being in the car for 2 minutes to go to the store. Does anyone know if I can take Dramamine while pregnant?

When I was pregnant with DS last year we were supposed to go out on the Texas Treasure gambling boat and I get horrid motion sickness on boats. My OB told me to either take Dramamine or use the patch behind my ear or where ever.... So I assume it is safe. Might want to wait around for other moms to answer though just to be on the safe side.

I asked several doctors and nurses while I was pregnant if I could take Dramamine and everyone told me no. We were supposed to go whale watching and I get sea sick so I ended up not being able to go.
