  The people whos children were killed did not have any problems with them either. Its not about being put together right...its about the pieces being faulty. When they break its disaster...you go from no problems to a huge problem in one second.

  
  

  Yes you are on the recall list. Take it back to the store you purchased it from for a refund.

  
  

  You do not need a receipt or the box...they told me to take it apart....make sure I bring all the pieces and the manual *if I have it*...and mine also came from a different state...I believe I am getting back $199.99 and I have the Milan Crib and Changer Combo.

• Thanks. Now I have to go take apart the dresser and changing table. I guess I would rather do that than have tried to take it back with out it.
