• I am really shocked that so many women here still believe the 'pull out method' works... when he pulls out, and you don't get pregnant, that's called luck!  Pre-cum can impregnate just as quickly and easily as not pulling out at all!!  And if you pay close attention during foreplay, you will see it doesn't take much excitement for pre-cum to surface... please, please, PLEASE, don't ever count on that as birth control!

• I used the withdrawal/rhythm method perfectly also. Our first son was planned but our second came about because he didn't WANT to pull out and said lets just hope for the best and boom nine months later, my second son appeared, lol.

• With my son, I had been on the depo shot for over a year. My doctor had never had a patient get prego while on it under his care. After I had my son, I got back on the depo shot because my Dr SWORE to me that it was a fluke and he had never had anyone get pregnant on it, let alone TWICE!!! Well, 9 months later I was pregnant AGAIN!!!!!! He was in shock...he said that he has never heard or seen Depo failing the same person TWICE!!! I ended up losing that baby at 16 weeks because of a car accident. I didnt go on any type of birth control after that because we decided that even though the baby I lost was a suprise, that we really did want another one. So then I got pregnant with my middle daughter a month later. I wanted my tubes tied after her because I had my boy and my girl, and I thought our family was complete. My Dr refused. I was 26, and he had a personal policy not to do tubals on anyone under 30. I went on the pill after my 6 week check up after Hannnah was born. I was also exclusively breastfeeding her. I never even got my period. My (now EX) husband forced me to make an appointment for a check up with him when Hannah was about 7 months old because he swore up and down I was pregnant...I swore up and down that I wasnt...well lo  and behold...I was 14 weeks pregnant!!! So, birth control failed me 3 times! After I found out I was Prego with Haylee, I begged my Dr to tie my tubes, and he said no at first because I wasnt 30, but he ended up doing it because I think he realized that I was extremely fertile, and conventional birth control just didnt work for me.

• i really can't blame birth control.  it is a man made substance that isn't fool proof.  i was very well aware that it was not always 100% effective.  i had sex, when i knew i was not ready for a baby.

  i was irresponsible...enough said. 

  dogs are my people.  i fight for them, i cry for them, i pray for them, i help them, i talk to them, i rescue them, i hug them, i love them, i raise their spirits, i bring them back to life, i foster, i adopt, i put the worthless 2 legged beings who abuse and neglect them behind bars.  i am their halo, and they are mine. 

  
  

  
  

  
  

  
  PLEASE....have a heart, adopt, do not support backyard breeders or pet stores who sell puppies, do not sell your animals on craiglist...they are not the old sofa, spay and neuter, report animal abuse, donate, volunteer your time, obey laws, teach your children respect towards animals, do your part in the fight against animal cruelty.

  And you're exactly right. I'm amazed at how many didn't know about pre-cum.

  Anywho, I was told that I couldn't have children after my first 2 miscarries and I took their word for it. LOL. Now I'm blessed with a now 6 yo DD :)

• My second shot of depo hit a nerve and hurt like heck.  I rubbed the sore spot for a while, which apparently breaks down the vaccine and makes it less effective.  I conceived my first child after that.  Oops!  But, it makes a great case for her not to think birth control is 100%, you know?

• We were just dumb.  I stopped taking my bc pill 6months before i got pregnant because it was making me sick, and I just waited too long to go back to the doctor to be put on something else.  we never used condoms, just pulling out, but a lot of times it didn't happen in time.  The day I found out I was pregnant was the day I was going to get the bc shot.

• I guess you can say the condom failed, it didnt break that we saw but I got pregnant.  I wasnt on any other form of birth control just a condom.

• I got pregnant twice on the pill...once with twins. I took it as prescribed...everyday...never missed a pill! Just didnt work for me I guess! I wouldnt change it for anything....we had planned on having kids, just a little later....like with the twins we were trying to wait until we moved....but then I was pregnant two weeks later. With my youngest we wanted to wait until the twins were two, and then when they were ten months old, i was pregnant again! LOL. I love my babies!

• Pull out method doesn't work anyway.. 1 word "PRECUM" or "pre-ejaculation"  (wait is that 2 words oh well). lol... Mine was just that we got drunk and we had sex and I got pregnant. I wasn't trying to prevent pregnancy in anyway. And it just happened. lol
