Hi

I have started to plant parsley , oregeno , and a yellow sweet peper.  They are in very small pots and have bloomed about 3 inch.  I got bigger pots that I am moving them to.  I also baught some tomatoes and beans.  That I will pot tomorrow.  My ? is how much do I water?  Do they need to stay in the sun all day?  Or should I keep them in the garage then move them to the sun for a few hours?  I live in texas so its pretty hot...around 100 daily.

I would keep them inside. I'm outside of Houston and my garden got scorched in 1 day!
