• What an idiotic question, Aids is transferable by blood contact, you do realize children get cuts and scraps, play blood brother's and sister's that sort of thing right?

  I agree with you. I do that now with "regular" kids.  If there are any open cuts or uncovered wounds that could become open and bleeding i try to keep the kids separated.  It doesnt matter if the child has something or not since i am pretty sure it isnt their fault if they do have something.
