Need help... what can I do about car parked on my property?

I live in a townhome condo association that has a contract with a local towing company.  I found out when I came home this morning that some unknown jag-off parked in the middle of my carport last night.  The police won't do anything because the vehicle has not (at least yet) been reported stolen.  The lazy towing company that our association has contracted with will not tow on Sundays.  Does anyone know what I legally can do about this freaking vehicle?

Not really much else that I know of.  Park behind it so they have to knock on your door to get you, to move their car.

LOL  Well, the vehicle was unlocked, so we wouldn't have needed to break in.  We found out the car belonged to our new neighbor's boyfriend's friend.  She didn't even know the guy was there, so she was royally pissed at her boyfriend.  Hell of a way to get to know the new neighbors!
