kids question

I'm trying to come up with the right word for what this teaches kids. example: if they don't get their chore done by a certain time, they can't watch a movie.

I got that it teaches them time management and responsibility, but there's another word that I can't think of that it also teaches them, lol.

IF anyone can think of it, please please please lemmie know.

THANKS!

consequences

My name is Lindsey. I am a young single mother, teacher, advocate, best friend, support system, and everything else under the sun to my strong little girl, Josslyn Kate, diagnosed with a very rare auto immune disease, Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome. She is my life and what I live for every second of every day.

Actions and consequences? Not to procrastinate?

Motivation? Self-assertedness? Initiative?
